Questions

Is a “go” gap proof people will buy?

No. A gap is a set of real, linked asks that we could not match to a product on sale. A “go” means it is worth a closer look. Check suppliers, margins and competitors before you commit stock.

Do credits expire?

Never. Credits are prepaid and stay on your account. Plan dossier allowances reset each calendar month and do not roll over.

Do prices include GST?

Prices include no GST; exNiche is not GST-registered. Checkout shows the exact total in your currency.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from Billing in your account. Cancellation and downgrades take effect at the end of the period. Upgrades apply straight away and are prorated. Dossiers you unlocked stay yours.

Is there a free trial?

No trial. Instead every account gets 1 free dossier for life and the public ledger is free.

Where do the asks come from?

Public posts in shopping communities (Reddit and Stack Exchange, linked and attributed), searches from AI shopping agents that found nothing suitable, and, later, store searches. Each is labelled with its source type.
